Addon Overview

With addons you can extend your Bookicorn studio with exactly the features you actually need. You can activate addons at any time and cancel them again - no long-term contract, ready to use immediately.

Depending on your plan, certain addons are already included or you can book them individually.

Bookings

Group Booking - Customers can register multiple people directly when booking. Ideal for friends, families, and corporate groups.

Digital Attendance - QR code-based check-in for classes. Customers scan their personal code, and you see attendance in real time.

Waitlist - Fully booked classes automatically get a waitlist. When a spot opens up, the next interested person is notified.

Communication

Messages & Course Chats - A direct messaging channel between the studio and customers. Answer questions, send reminders, and stay in touch.

Finance

Invoicing System - Invoices are created automatically after every payment and sent by email. Legally compliant and without any manual effort.

Credit Subscriptions - Customers subscribe to regular credit packages. Credits are automatically topped up monthly or weekly.

DATEV Export - Export all booking data in DATEV format directly to your tax advisor.

Subsidized Courses - Create and assign credit packages for health insurance patients and corporate employees, with invoice notes for reimbursement applications.

Revenue & Statistics - currently not available for booking. Detailed analytics are coming back as their own addon. Where to find your numbers in the meantime is explained on the addon page.

Management

Trainer Portal - Give your trainers their own access to the system. They can see their classes, participants, and carry out check-ins.

Trainer Payouts (Premium) - Automated payouts to trainers after each class, based on configurable commission models.

Occupancy Management - Detects double bookings of rooms and trainers, manages blocked times and maintenance mode, and shows you the utilization of your rooms.

Calendar Synchronization - Automatically transfers all class dates into the Google or Apple calendar of you and your trainers.

Marketing

Vouchers - Create discount codes and vouchers for promotions, referrals, or birthday gifts.

Trial Offers - Offer new customers discounted trial packages. Perfect for first-time visitors and member acquisition.

Website Integration - Embed your class booking calendar directly on your own website - via widget or iFrame.

White-Label App (Premium) - Your studio as a branded iOS and Android app. Customers book directly through the app with your logo.

Activating an Addon

You activate addons directly in the admin area under Addon Store. After activation, all features are immediately available.
