Addons overview
With addons, you extend Bookicorn with individual features, for example waitlist, vouchers or invoices. You find and activate them in the Addon Store of the Bookicorn Manager. This page shows which addons exist and how they relate to your plan.
Where to find the Addon Store
You reach the Addon Store under Manager → Addon Store (app.bookicorn.net/addon-store). It's at the bottom of the menu and only visible to admins.
At the top, you see how many addons are active (Active add-ons), how many slots your plan has (Add-on slots in your plan) and, under Monthly cost, what your addons cost per month. With All, Active and Available, you filter the list, and you can also filter by category and use Search add-ons.
Regular addons and addon slots in your plan
Every plan includes a number of addon slots. A regular addon takes up one of these slots and then costs nothing extra. In the list, it then says Free with plan. Once all slots are taken, you can add more regular addons individually on a paid plan. During the trial, all regular addons are available.

Pay add-ons
Pay add-ons always cost extra, don't take up a slot and aren't included in the trial. You add them on a paid plan. In the Addon Store, they're listed under the heading Pay add-ons. Currently, these are:
- Custom domain: your studio under your own domain, for example book.your-studio.com. There's also a one-time setup fee. More under Custom domain.
- Trainer Payouts: pay your trainers automatically through Stripe. More under Trainer Payouts.
Activate or deactivate an addon
- Open Manager → Addon Store.
- Tap the addon. You see what it does and what it costs.
- Tap Activate. For paid addons, the button is called Place order with payment.
Once the addon is active, Open takes you to where you work with it. With Deactivate, you switch it off again. Addons can be cancelled monthly.
A menu area that belongs to an addon stays visible even without the addon. The page then shows what the addon does and the way to activate it.
Addons for bookings

Included in your plan: customer app in your studio's design
The customer app in your studio's design isn't in the Addon Store. It's included in your plan from Starter and also unlocked during the trial. The Bookicorn app then shows your studio with the logo, colors and font of your booking page. In the Manager, it's also called White-Label App. More under Customer app in your studio's design.
Revenue & Statistics currently can't be booked
The Revenue & Statistics addon currently isn't in the Addon Store. You see your key figures on occupancy and revenue on the dashboard. More under Revenue & Statistics.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I activate an addon? Under Manager → Addon Store. Tap the addon and then Activate.
How much does an addon cost? Regular addons take up an addon slot of your plan. Once all slots are taken, you add more individually on a paid plan. Pay add-ons always cost extra. You see the price in the Addon Store and on the pricing page.
What is a pay add-on? An addon that always costs extra and doesn't take up a slot in your plan. Currently, these are Custom domain and Trainer Payouts.
Can I switch an addon off again? Yes, in the Addon Store with Deactivate. Addons can be cancelled monthly.
I see a menu item but can't use it. Why? The area belongs to an addon that isn't active. The page shows you what the addon does and how to activate it.
Is there a separate app with my name? No. From Starter, the Bookicorn app shows your studio in your own design. There's no separate app under your name in the app stores.
