How do clients review my studio in Bookicorn?
Clients review your studio in Bookicorn right on your booking page: after signing in, they give one to five stars and describe their experience in their own words. Every review first arrives with you in the Manager and only appears publicly once you approve it. A review applies to your studio as a whole, not to a single offering.

Your clients write, you decide. Every review is tied to a client account and goes across your desk.

One to five stars, an optional title and the experience in at least 10 and at most 2,000 characters.
Check first, then publish
No review appears without you. You approve or decline it in the Manager, and clients see a note about this while writing.
Only with a client account
Anyone signed in can leave a review. Every review is backed by an account, and the person's name appears on it.
One review per client
If someone writes again, they update their existing review instead of creating a second one. So every voice counts once.
Notification for a new review
Every new review appears in your notifications in the Manager, in its own Reviews tab.
Five categories on your website
With the Website Integration add-on, clients also rate cleanliness, safety, staff, amenities and location. The overall score is the average of the five categories.
