A block course is a fixed course package with a start and end date: whoever books is automatically enrolled in every session of the block. The block has its own price or credit cost, optionally with a minimum number of participants and late entry, for example for an 8-week programme or a workshop.

With open scheduling you define availability windows and your customers pick their preferred slot themselves, without you having to create fixed class times. This works well for personal training, private lessons, trial sessions and consultations.
