Bookicorn is the modern course platform for yoga studios, fitness centers, dance schools, and all providers of courses and workshops. With Bookicorn you manage courses, credits, and bookings in one place.
What can Bookicorn do?
Course Management
Create courses, schedule sessions, and manage recurring series with just a few clicks. Supports in-person courses, online courses, and hybrid formats.
Flexible Payment System
A flexible payment system based on the FIFO principle (First-In-First-Out). Your customers purchase credit packages and use them to book courses. You set prices, validity periods, and activation modes.
Trainer Management
Manage your team with individual permissions and three different earning models: hourly rate, percentage, or flat fee.
Online Booking
Your customers book independently through the member dashboard. With waitlists, automatic confirmations, and email notifications.
Payments
Integrated Stripe payments for credit purchases and direct payments. Automatic invoice generation included.
Quick Start in 4 Steps
1. Set up your studio
Configure your studio with logo, contact details, and basic settings.
2. Create your first course
Add your first course with title, description, trainer, and pricing.
3. Create a credit package
Set up a credit package that your customers can purchase.
4. Test your first booking
Test the complete booking process from the customer's perspective.
The Overview
After logging in, you land on the Overview:
- Utilization and revenue: two metrics with trend, period selectable between 7, 30, and 90 days
- Booking quota: how many bookings this month already have against your booked tier
- Next session and upcoming sessions: what's coming up next, with booking status
- Recent bookings: the most recently received registrations
- Live check-ins: who has already arrived today, if attendance tracking is active
- New members and birthdays

The labels "Offerings", "Trainers", and "Prepaid Cards" follow your terminology settings. If you call your trainers "therapists," the menu item is named accordingly.
Trainers only see the sections they are authorized for. Some items are reserved for owners and administrators, for example Transactions, the Addon Store, and Settings. Trainers instead have the My Finances section, which administrators do not see.
There is currently no dedicated "Statistics" page, detailed analytics are coming back as their own addon.
