Flexible Payment System
A flexible payment system based on the FIFO principle (First-In-First-Out). Your customers purchase credit packages and use them to book courses. You set prices, validity periods, and activation modes.
Trainer Management
Manage your team with individual permissions and three different earning models: hourly rate, percentage, or flat fee.
Online Booking
Your customers book independently through the member dashboard. With waitlists, automatic confirmations, and email notifications.
Payments
Integrated Stripe payments for credit purchases and direct payments. Automatic invoice generation included.
Quick Start in 4 Steps
1. Set up your studio
Configure your studio with logo, contact details, and basic settings.
2. Create your first course
Add your first course with title, description, trainer, and pricing.
3. Create a credit package
Set up a credit package that your customers can purchase.
4. Test your first booking
Test the complete booking process from the customer's perspective.
Dashboard Overview
After logging in, you will see the admin dashboard with:
- KPI cards: Today's bookings, live visitors, revenue
- Today's courses: Quick overview of all sessions for the day
- Action area: Pending bookings, birthdays, overbooked courses
- Recent bookings: The latest booking activity
- Statistics: Revenue and booking charts
