Guest Booking
With the Guest Booking addon, customers can book without creating a customer account first. They just enter their details. You activate the addon in the Manager under Addon Store.
Allow guest booking for an offering
You allow guest booking per offering:
- Open the offering under Manager → Offerings and tap Edit.
- Open the Booking rules section.
- Under How a booking works, switch on Allow guest booking for this course.
- Tap Save.
Without the addon, the switch is locked. If the offering only accepts credits, the Manager warns you: guests can't book it like this because they have no credits. In that case, add another payment method, for example payment on site.
Guest booking for all offerings at once
You find studio-wide settings in the addon itself: Manager → Addon Store, then tap Guest Booking. There you have:
- Offerings with guest booking: how many offerings allow guest booking and how many don't, with the way Go to offerings.
- For all offerings at once: Allow for all or Block for all applies to all active offerings.
- Guest booking only: booking without a customer account for all offerings. In this mode, account creation is dropped entirely for customers. When you switch it on, guest booking is allowed for all active offerings.
How guests book
On the booking page, the customer chooses between Sign in and As guest when booking. In the customer app, the choice is Sign in or Book as a guest.
As a guest, the customer enters first name, last name and email, the email twice for safety, and a phone number if they like. With the "Invoicing System" addon and a price above 0, the address is also required.
- New email address: the booking goes through immediately.
- The email has already been used for a guest booking: the guest receives a 6-digit sign-in code by email and enters it.
- There is already a customer account for the email: the customer is asked to sign in.
After booking, the booking page offers to create an account with just a few details. In the customer app, the guest can create an account later and only has to set a password.
Which payment methods guests can use
Guests have no credits and therefore can't pay with credits. All other payment methods the offering accepts are open to them: online with Stripe or PayPal, on site or by bank transfer. Guests can also book free offerings.
If a guest books companions along, they can't pay for them by card.
Guests in the Manager
Guests are listed in your customer list like other customers, with the Guest badge. In the customer sheet, guests don't have Reset password, tags or the People section, because they don't have an account.

Guests count like all other customers. If your plan has a customer limit and it has been reached, no new guest can book either.
Frequently asked questions
Can customers book without an account? Yes, with the "Guest Booking" addon for all offerings that have Allow guest booking for this course switched on.
Do I have to switch on guest booking for each offering individually? No. In the Guest Booking addon there is Allow for all for all active offerings.
Why can't guests book my offering? Usually the offering only accepts credits. Guests have no credits. Add another payment method.
Does a guest receive a booking confirmation? Yes, at the email address they provided.
Can a guest create an account later? Yes. This is offered to them after booking, and their details are then already filled in.
