Your riders see the lesson schedule on your booking page or in the Bookicorn app, book a place and pay by card, SEPA Direct Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, PayPal or with credit from their lesson pack. The confirmation arrives automatically by email. If you like, Bookicorn also shows how many places are still free.

With the Resources and Occupancy Management add-ons in Bookicorn. In Resources you set up your school horses with numbers, working hours and rest breaks and link them to your lessons. Occupancy Management warns you before a horse or an instructor is booked twice and shows utilisation as a heatmap.

Yes. In Bookicorn you create packs of, for example, 5, 10 or 20 riding lessons, each with its own price and validity. Credit is deducted automatically at booking, oldest first. A monthly or yearly membership with automatic credit top-ups is available with the Credit Subscriptions add-on, paid via Stripe or PayPal.

Yes, Bookicorn covers the usual types of riding tuition. Group lessons and hacks are sessions with a set number of places, private and lunge lessons use free time slot selection, where riders pick an open slot within your hours. Each offer has its own price, and categories such as dressage, jumping or beginners let riders filter the schedule.

You cancel the session in Bookicorn, in the browser or in the Manager app, and everyone booked is notified automatically. So you do not have to ring each rider when a hack is called off because of a storm or the outdoor arena is frozen.

When a riding lesson is fully booked, riders join the waitlist. If someone cancels, the next rider moves up automatically and is notified. The Waitlist is a Bookicorn add-on and especially handy for popular Saturday groups and pony camps.

Bookicorn has a Free plan that stays free forever. The paid plans cost per month: Starter €17, Professional €39, Premium €89. Bookicorn takes 0% commission on your bookings, there is no minimum term, and every new account can try all features for 14 days.

Bookicorn’s database and servers are located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Bookicorn is developed in Germany and works in line with the GDPR. You conclude the data processing agreement right at registration.

Yes. Holiday pony camps and courses that prepare riders for their exams are set up with the Block courses add-on as a closed series that riders book as a whole. Registration, places and payment run through Bookicorn, while the exams themselves are not managed in Bookicorn.

Yes, with the Trainer Portal add-on in Bookicorn. Every instructor gets their own login with the permissions you choose and sees only their own lessons, bookings and payouts. With the Trainer Payouts add-on you pay instructors automatically via Stripe, by hourly rate, revenue share or flat fee.

Yes, with the Trial Offers add-on in Bookicorn. You create a taster lesson or a starter pack for new customers, and Bookicorn checks automatically whether someone is really new to your riding school. That way the introductory price stays with beginners.

Yes. Riders cancel their lesson in Bookicorn themselves as long as the cancellation window you set for each offer is open, for example 24 hours before. You also set the booking window, meaning how far ahead bookings open. With the Rebooking add-on a booking can be moved to another date without cancelling it.

Yes. If someone books by phone or in person at the yard, you add them to the lesson in Bookicorn yourself, on a laptop or in the Manager app. The place is taken straight away and shows up in the rider list.

No. Bookicorn is booking and management software for riding tuition: lessons, riders, instructors, credit and payments. School horses appear as a resource so they are never double-booked. Feeding, stables, horse care and livery clients are managed outside Bookicorn.

Yes, with the Vouchers add-on in Bookicorn. You sell gift vouchers for riding lessons online, the buyer receives them as a PDF, and they are redeemed straight at booking. You create discount codes for promotions in the same add-on.
