How do I control who sees my booking page?
You control your booking page's visibility in the Manager with a switch between Live and Not public. When live, your Bookicorn page is visible to everyone, bookable and open to search engines. When not public, visitors only see a note that the page will be available soon, and Google doesn't index it. On top of that, you decide per offering whether it's public or private.

The page is already reachable before offerings and prices are in place. Clients stumble over test entries, and Google indexes a half-finished version.
You set things up in peace and see everything through your test link. You go live once your location and first offering are ready, and from then on the page is visible to everyone and open to Google.
From private to live in three steps
The setup in the Manager guides you there. You can switch back to not public at any time.

Set up in peace
Create your location, offerings and sessions. As long as the page isn't public, visitors only see “Something new is coming”.

Preview with a test link
Choose “Test privately” and you get a test link. You and anyone you send it to see the full page, while it stays hidden from everyone else.

Go live
With “Go live now”, your page is visible to everyone, bookable and open to search engines. You copy the link right afterwards.

A note instead of a half-finished page
When not public, visitors only see your logo, your name and a note that the page will be available soon. This also applies to every offering page.
Test link
With your test link you see the full page, even when it isn't public. Send it to your team or friends to get feedback.
Google follows your switch
When live, the page can be indexed and appears with all public offerings in your sitemap. When not public, search engines are told not to index it, and the sitemap stays empty.
Guided go-live
The setup shows what's still missing. Once a location and an offering with a session are in place, you go live with one tap or test privately first.
Individual offerings private
Private offerings don't appear on the booking page, have no page of their own and can't be booked by clients. You still book people in at the front desk, and the sessions occupy the calendar as usual.
Team by first name only
If you like, your booking page shows your team by first name only, consistently across the whole page.
The client app follows along
Only studios whose page is live appear in the client app's studio search.
