Creating a Location

This guide shows you how to create and configure a new location in Bookicorn.

Prerequisites

Admin rights
Address of the location
Optional: images and description

Step by Step

1. Open Locations

Navigate to Admin → Locations.

2. New Location

Click "Add location".

3. Enter Basic Details

4. Contact Details

Add helpful information:

6. Upload Images

Configuring Directions

Google Maps Integration

Enter the address
The system automatically finds the coordinates
Check the map
Adjust manually if needed

Directions Description

Add helpful notes:

Public transportation
Parking
Special entrances

Example

By public transport:
Subway: Line 1, stop "City Center"
Bus: Lines 42, 56

By car:
Parking in the courtyard (limited)
Parking garage "Center" 200m away

Classes are always assigned to a location (and room):

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I rename a location?

Yes, at any time. Existing bookings will be updated.

What happens if I delete a location?

Active classes must be moved first
Past bookings remain in the system
Statistics are retained

How many locations are possible?

Unlimited, depending on your plan.
