What is room management in Bookicorn?
With room management, you add all the rooms at your locations with capacity, size and amenities and assign them to your offerings and individual sessions. Bookicorn makes sure an offering doesn't have more spots than the room holds and names the location and room in booking emails. Double-booking warnings, blocked days and maintenance come with the Occupancy Management add-on.

Rooms active or inactive
When you take a room out of service, it's no longer available for new sessions. Existing sessions stay as they are.
