Booking page blocks

Your booking page is made up of blocks, which the Manager also calls widgets. This page describes each block and its settings. How to open, save and publish the page is explained under Design my booking page.

Open the widget settings of a block

You open the settings of a block under Manager → Settings → My Booking Page:

  • On your phone: tap the name of the block in the list.
  • On your computer: click the block on the page, or click Widget settings on the row.

Every block has the fields Custom heading (replaces the default heading) and Subtitle. Many blocks have a Variant, meaning different layouts. The other settings are under Options. All blocks except the hero also have Show title and Visible on mobile. On your computer you see changes on the page right away, and they're published with Save.

Add a new block to the booking page

You find new blocks in the Widget library: on your phone via Add widget, on your computer in the Widget library tab on the left. The library is split into six groups: Hero & header, Offerings & dates, Studio & team, Location & contact, Trust & content and Payment & conversion.

Some blocks need an addon. If it isn't active, the block stays visible in the list and is marked ("Inactive" on your phone, "Addon" on your computer). On your phone, tapping it takes you to the Addon Store.

Hero: the header area with or without an image

The Hero sits at the very top of the page: a large headline, a short text and a booking button. Variants: Slideshow, Static, Split and Minimal. With several images, the slideshow switches between them, while Static shows only the first image.

Hero with your own images: Under Slide, you create individual slides with Add. Each slide has Image, Headline, Subtitle and Image caption. Remove entry deletes a slide.

Hero without your own slides: If you don't add any slides, the hero uses the images from Content → Gallery that are marked as hero images. The headline is then the Custom heading or the name of your studio, and the text is the Subtitle or your Intro from Content → Texts.

Hero without an image: If there are neither slides with an image nor hero images in the gallery, the hero only shows the headline, text and buttons. What the area looks like then depends on the design theme.

Other hero options:

  • Button text and Button target: the label and target of the main button. If left empty, it says "Book now" and the button jumps to the offerings (#kurse).
  • Secondary button text and Secondary button target: an extra, optional button.
  • Switches: Show live status, Trust stats, Studio tour button, Share button and Edge to edge across the full width.

For hero images, the Manager recommends landscape format at least 1200 pixels wide. More under Upload images.

Show offerings on the booking page: Offerings grid and Offerings list

The Offerings grid shows your offerings as cards, the Offerings list as a compact list. Options:

  • Count: the maximum number of offerings shown.
  • Sorting (Offerings grid only): Date ascending, Date descending, Name (A-Z) or Popular first.
  • Show favorites button
  • Filter by category, Filter by person, Filter by offering: the block then only shows offerings that match. Within one filter, one match is enough; across filters, all of them must match.

Under Display options you find Hide categories (Offerings grid only) and Hide detail page link. With Hide detail page link, clicking a card goes straight to booking instead of the offering page. These display options apply to the whole booking page and take effect immediately.

Private offerings don't appear in any block. If an offering has no image, its card shows the colour you chose on the offering under For customers → Appearance → Colour.

Show sessions on the booking page: Next dates, Date schedule, Weekly calendar, Day plan

These blocks show individual sessions instead of offerings:

BlockShows
Next datesthe next sessions in compact form
Date schedulesessions in chronological order
Weekly calendara 7-day grid
Day planthe sessions of one day

All four have Show favorites button and the three filters Filter by category, Filter by person and Filter by offering. Next dates and Date schedule also have Count. Under Display options, Date schedule, Weekly calendar and Day plan have Hide detail page link, and Day plan also has Hide categories.

Date schedule, Weekly calendar and Day plan only show free spots if the Show occupancy switch is on under Settings → Bookings.

Subsidized courses and difficulty levels

Subsidized courses (Subsidized Courses addon) explains funding, for example from health insurers. Options: Description and a list of Program entries with Coverage (for example "up to 80%").

Difficulty levels shows an overview of your levels. The block only has a title, subtitle and the general switches.

About us, trainers, stats and amenities

  • About us: variants With photo and Text only. Options: Photo, Description, Image label (top), Image text (bottom), Show statistics and Key figures (each with Value and Label). If you leave the description empty, your About us text from Content → Texts appears.
  • Trainers: shows your team. Variants Round, Square, Editorial, List. Option Count. Under Display options: Hide "Learn more" for Trainer. You set first names only under Design → Privacy.
  • Stats: key figures of your studio. Variants Horizontal and 2x2 grid. Under Key figures you enter your own values.
  • Amenities: variants Icon grid and List. You manage the entries under Content → Facilities.

Location, opening hours, contact and social media

  • Location + map: shows your locations with address and map. Variants Map + info and Map only. Under Display options: Hide "Show map".
  • Opening hours: shows your studio's opening hours by weekday. If none are set, the block doesn't appear on the page.
  • Contact: variants Stacked, Inline, Big icons. Shows email, phone, website and Instagram from Design → Footer (if empty: from Settings → General). In the block you add Twitter / X, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Social media: the same four fields, plus Instagram and website from the footer.
  • Gallery: variants Bento, Classic, Carousel. Option Count. You manage the images under Content → Gallery. Images with Show as hero image don't appear here.
  • Reviews: shows approved reviews. Variants Cards, Carousel, Quote. Option Count.
  • FAQ: variants Accordion and 2 columns. Under FAQ source you choose System FAQ, Studio FAQ only or System + Studio. You manage your own questions under Content → FAQ.
  • News / blog: variants Grid and List. Under Posts you create entries with Title, Text, Date, Image and Link.

Sell packages: Credit packages, Memberships, Vouchers

  • Credit packages: variants Cards and List. Shows your packages for purchase, without the ones marked as a trial offer.
  • Memberships (Credit Subscriptions addon): variants Cards and Comparison. Shows your subscription packages.
  • Vouchers (Vouchers addon): options Description and Button text.

Intro offer and trial packages on the booking page

The Intro offer block puts a large spotlight on an entry offer for new customers. It shows packages that are marked as a trial offer and have the New customers only switch on. The first of them sits large on a coloured area with the "Claim trial offer" button, the others next to it.

You mark a package on the package itself with Mark as trial offer. This switch appears when the Trial Offers addon is active. If there's no matching package, the block doesn't appear on the page. The preview then says "No trial offer for new customers added yet."

The Trial packages block (Trial Offers addon) shows all packages marked as a trial offer.

The coloured area of the intro offer uses the gradient of the design theme. You can't change it with custom colors, only with a different design theme. See Change the colour of the intro offer.

Promotions and calls to action: Promotions and CTA block

  • Promotions: discount banners with a code. Variants Banner and Card grid. Under Promotions you create entries with Title, Description, Code, Valid until, Button text and Button target. The code is just text on the page. A discount code that applies at checkout is created under Vouchers → Discount codes.
  • CTA block: a call to action. Variants Banner, Side by side, Minimal. Options Badge, Headline, Description, Note, Button text, Button target, Secondary button text and Secondary button target.

Custom content: the Custom block

With the Custom block you show your own content. Options: Mode (Rich text or HTML), Content, Background color and Padding (px). You enter the text in the Content field. The booking page removes unsafe parts such as scripts when displaying it. A heading only appears if you enter a Custom heading.

Show a block only on desktop or without a heading

Every block except the hero has two switches under Options:

  • Show title: hides the block's heading.
  • Visible on mobile: when switched off, the block doesn't appear on phones.

Several blocks side by side (columns)

On your computer, you split a row into columns: click Columns on the row and choose a layout, for example 2 equal, 3 equal, 2/3 + 1/3 or Stack right. You drag more blocks into the empty columns. On phones, the blocks of a row are stacked one below the other.
