The figures on the overview
The overview is the first page in the Manager. It shows two key figures with their trend, the Usage card with your quota and your studio's current events. This page explains what each figure measures so you read it correctly.
The period for occupancy and revenue
Above the Occupancy and Revenue cards, you choose the period: 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. The choice applies to both cards at once and also to the comparison below them. The comparison is always with the same number of days before, so with 30 days it's the 30 days before the last 30.
Occupancy on the overview
Occupancy tells you how full your sessions were.
It's calculated as: confirmed bookings on all sessions in the period, divided by the total number of spots in these sessions.
- Only active sessions count. Cancelled sessions aren't included.
- Only sessions up to today count, based on the date of the session.
- Only sessions with a number of spots count. If the session has no number of its own, the offering's number of participants applies. If the offering has none either, the session is left out.
- Only confirmed bookings count. Pending and cancelled bookings don't count.
Trainers who may only see their own offerings only see the occupancy of their own sessions here.
If there's a dash instead of a number, there was no session with a number of spots in the period.
Revenue on the overview
Revenue adds up the prices of all confirmed bookings made in the period. What counts here is when the booking was made, not the date of the session. Below it, you see how many bookings the total comes from.
- Cancelled and pending bookings aren't included.
- Bookings paid with credits count towards the number of bookings, but don't add any amount.
- Purchases of prepaid cards and gift vouchers aren't included here. You find those under Transactions.
- It's the booking price, not the amount after fees.
- Revenue always applies to the whole studio, even in a trainer's view.
So the revenue card measures something different from occupancy, and that's intentional: occupancy answers "How full was it?", and revenue answers "What came in during these days?". Someone who books a session in May during March shows up in March's revenue and in May's occupancy.
Tapping the revenue card takes you further: administrators with Go to transactions, trainers with Go to my finances.
The Usage card
The Usage card shows how much of your plan's limits you've used. It only appears for administrators and only if your plan has at least one limit:
- Bookings/month: bookings this month against your booking quota
- Trainers: active trainers against your plan's limit
- Customers: customers against your plan's limit
From 90 percent, the value is highlighted. Nothing is blocked above the booking quota, and your customers can keep booking. Tapping the card opens Settings → Plan & Billing.
Bookings are counted differently here than for revenue: every booking that isn't cancelled counts in the month of the session, including pending ones. So it's normal for the number not to match the number of bookings under revenue. What exactly counts as a booking is explained in Plans, limits and trial.

Frequently asked questions
Why is the revenue on the overview different from the transactions? The overview only counts bookings in the chosen period. Transactions also include purchases of prepaid cards and vouchers.
Why does occupancy show a dash? There was no session with a number of spots in the period. Enter a number of participants in the offering.
Why doesn't the number in the Usage card match "from N bookings"? The Usage card counts by the month of the session, and revenue by the day of the booking.
