Creating your first course
A course is the foundation of all bookings. Here you will learn how to create your first course.
Create a course
- Navigate to Courses in the sidebar
- Click New course
- The course form will open
Basic information

Pricing
You have five payment methods that you can combine as you like:
1. Credits (balance)
- Customers pay with credits
- Set the credit cost (e.g. 10 credits)
2. Direct payment (Euro)
- Customers pay directly in euros via Stripe (credit card, SEPA, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Set the price (e.g. 15 EUR)
3. Both (Credits + Euro)
- Customers can choose
- Credits OR euro payment
4. Cash payment
- Customers book online and pay cash at the studio
5. Manual payment
- Customers pay via bank transfer or PayPal
- The studio manually confirms receipt of payment
Tip: Most studios use "Credits only" for regular courses. Cash payment and manual payment are great for walk-in customers or workshops.
Location & Room
Tab: Location
- Location: Choose the course venue
- Room: Choose the specific room
- The maximum number of participants is automatically taken from the room
Online courses
For online courses:
- Enable Online course
- Choose the platform (Zoom, Teams, Custom)
- Paste the meeting link
You can also offer hybrid courses (in-person and online simultaneously).
Additional Details

Booking options
- Waitlist active: Enables a waitlist when the course is full
- Auto-confirmation: Bookings are confirmed immediately (recommended)
- Cancellation deadline: How long before the course start cancellation is allowed
Save the course
- Review all entries
- Click Create course
- The course appears in the course list
Important: A course without sessions cannot be booked. In the next step you will create sessions.
Creating sessions
After saving the course, you can add sessions.
Single session
- Open the course
- Click Add session
- Choose:
- Date
- Start time
- End time (or use the course duration)
- Save
Recurring series
For recurring courses:
- Click Create series
- Configure:
- Recurrence (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Days of the week (e.g. every Monday and Wednesday)
- Time
- Date range (from - to)
- Preview the sessions
- Create the series
Example: "Every Monday and Wednesday at 6:00 PM for the next 3 months"
Activating a course
New courses are active by default. You can deactivate a course:
- Open the course
- Click on Status
- Choose Inactive
Inactive courses cannot be booked but are retained.
