Yes. In Bookicorn you create yoga class passes with 5, 10 or 20 classes, each with its own price and validity. Credits are deducted automatically when a student books, oldest first. Monthly subscriptions with automatic top-up are available with the Credit Subscriptions extension, paid via Stripe or PayPal.

Yes. Your students see your yoga schedule online or in the Bookicorn app, book a spot and pay by credit card, SEPA Direct Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or PayPal, or use credits from their class pass. The booking confirmation arrives automatically by email.

Yes. Your students can use the free Bookicorn app to view your schedule, book, pay and check their credits. It is available on Google Play, and the iPhone version is in preparation. Everything also works in the browser, without an app.

Yes. In Bookicorn you create categories for every style, such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga or Kundalini, plus levels for beginners and advanced students. Your students filter the schedule by style and level.

With the Waitlist extension in Bookicorn, students join the waitlist when a yoga class is full. If someone cancels, the next person moves up automatically and gets notified. You don't have to do anything by hand.

Yes. Your students book and cancel in Bookicorn themselves, within the rules you set. You define a cancellation deadline per class, for example 24 hours before the start, and a booking window that sets how far in advance people can book.

Yes. You can add students to any yoga class yourself, for example when someone signs up by phone or drops by the studio. This works in the Manager in your browser and in the Bookicorn Manager app.

Bookicorn has a Free plan that stays free forever. The paid plans cost per month: Starter from €17, Professional from €39, Premium from €89, depending on your monthly bookings. Bookicorn takes 0% commission on your bookings, there is no minimum term, and every new account can try all features for 14 days.

Bookicorn’s database and servers are located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Bookicorn is developed in Germany and works in line with the GDPR. You conclude the data processing agreement right at registration.

Bookicorn supports credit card, SEPA Direct Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna via Stripe, plus PayPal. You can also allow bank transfer or payment at the studio and confirm receipt yourself. You decide per class which payment methods apply.

Yes, through class passes. In Bookicorn a 10-class yoga pass can cost less per class than a drop-in, so your regular yoga students save automatically. For newcomers, the Trial Offers extension lets you sell a trial class or starter pack and checks automatically whether someone is really new.

Yes. Every class, workshop and private session in Bookicorn has its own price. A 60-minute Hatha class can cost less than a weekend workshop or a private session.

Yes. Besides weekly classes, Bookicorn lets you create workshops, events, weekend courses and retreats as separate offers, each with its own participant limit. Closed course series, such as an 8-week beginners' course booked as a whole, are available with the Block courses extension.

Yes. With free appointment selection in Bookicorn, your students pick an open slot within your hours themselves. You set the duration, buffer and time grid per offer, and each type of private session can have its own price.

Yes. In Bookicorn you can set up any class or private session as an online offer with a link, for example to Zoom. Bookicorn has no built-in video calling, so the class runs in the video tool you already use.

Yes, with the Digital Attendance extension. Your students check in themselves by scanning a QR code, and Bookicorn records exactly who attended each yoga class.

Yes, with the Trainer Portal extension. Each teacher gets their own access with the rights you define and sees only their own classes, bookings and statements. With the Trainer Payouts extension, Bookicorn also pays teachers automatically via Stripe, by hourly rate, revenue share or flat fee.

No. Bookicorn gives every yoga studio its own booking page on bookicorn.net, with one of seven design themes, your logo, colors, images and texts. If you already have a website, you can embed your schedule, booking and class passes there with the Website Integration extension, or run the booking page on your own domain.
