What is a trial offer?
A trial offer is a free or discounted trial class that new clients redeem online without messaging you first. In Bookicorn you create a class pack for it and mark it as a trial offer. With price 0, the credits are in the account after one tap, and with a price, clients buy it like any other pack. You decide how often a person can redeem it.

How to get Trial Offers
You turn on Trial Offers in the Add-on Store of your Manager with one tap and can switch it off at any time. It uses one of your plan's add-on slots. Once all slots are taken, you can add it on in the paid plans.

Create a pack
Create a class pack, such as a free trial class, and mark it as a trial offer. Decide how often a person can redeem it.

Clients see it
The offer appears in its own section on your booking page and in the credits area of the client app, where it's also highlighted on the home screen.

Redeem and book
With price 0, the credits are in the account after one tap, and with a price, clients pay like for any pack. Then they book their first session with the credits.
What trial offers can do
From a free trial class to a discounted intro card: you build the offer from your usual class packs.

If you set the price to 0, clients redeem the pack without payment and the credits are there right away. With a price, they buy it through the payment methods you chose for the pack.
Redemption limit per person
The default is once per person, and you can raise the number. Bookicorn counts redemptions, and in the client app the offer disappears once the limit is reached.
Its own section on the booking page
Trial packs appear in their own section with the Trial pack badge, separate from your regular class packs.
Highlight in the client app
In the credits area, your trial offer appears with the Redeem now button, or Try it now if it has a price. On the home screen, clients also see that your studio has a gift for them.
Validity like any pack
Set from when the credits apply and when they expire, such as 14 days after redemption or on a fixed date.
Limit to categories
If the trial class should only apply to beginner offerings, you limit the credits to certain categories or to one instructor.
