Yes, with the Subsidized Courses extension. It manages credits for health insurer and company programs and adds the matching notes to invoices. Getting your class approved by an insurer or employer stays with you, Bookicorn takes care of the credits and invoice notes.

Yes. In Bookicorn you set up private and duet Pilates sessions as separate offers with free appointment selection. Clients pick an open slot within your hours, and you set the duration, buffer and time grid per offer. Each session type gets its own price.

With the Waitlist extension in Bookicorn, clients join the list when every Reformer is taken. As soon as someone cancels, the next client on the list gets the spot automatically and a notification. You don't need to call or message anyone.

Yes. Clients book and cancel in Bookicorn themselves, following your rules. Per offer, you set a cancellation deadline, for example 24 hours before the start, and a booking window that defines when booking opens.

Bookicorn has a Free plan that stays free forever. The paid plans cost per month: Starter €17, Professional €39, Premium €89. Bookicorn takes 0% commission on your bookings, there is no minimum term, and every new account can try all features for 14 days.

Bookicorn’s database and servers are located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Bookicorn is developed in Germany and works in line with the GDPR. You conclude the data processing agreement right at registration.

Yes, with the Rebooking extension in Bookicorn. Clients move their booking to another date without canceling and booking again. That helps especially in Reformer classes, where spots are limited.

Yes, with the Trial Offers extension. You offer newcomers an intro class or a discounted starter pack, and Bookicorn automatically checks that the offer only goes to new clients. That keeps your intro price for genuine newcomers.

Yes, with the Credit Subscriptions extension. Clients sign up for a monthly or yearly subscription, credits are added automatically and paid via Stripe or PayPal. Classic membership contracts with notice periods are not part of Bookicorn.

In Bookicorn, your clients can pay by credit card, SEPA Direct Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna via Stripe, or with PayPal. Bank transfer and payment at the studio work too, and you confirm those payments yourself. You decide per offer which payment methods apply.

Yes. You set up a class or private session in Bookicorn as an online offer with a link, for example to Zoom. Bookicorn has no video calling of its own, so the session runs in the tool you already use.

No. In Bookicorn, every Pilates studio gets its own booking page on bookicorn.net, with seven design themes, your logo, colors, photos and texts. If you already have a website, you embed schedule, booking and class packs there with the Website Integration extension.
