Customer app in your studio's design
From the Starter plan, the Bookicorn app shows your studio with the logo, colors and font of your booking page, starting from sign-in. You also get a link, a QR code and a poster that take your customers straight to you. In the Bookicorn Manager this feature is also called White-Label App.
What the customer app in your studio's design is and isn't
Your customers download the Bookicorn app and see your studio in its own design in it. It is not a separate app under your name in the App Store or on Google Play. There is no separate store listing, and you don't have to submit or build anything.

Which plans the studio design applies to
The studio design is included in the plan from Starter, meaning in Starter, Professional, Premium and Enterprise. It is also unlocked during the trial. It isn't in the Addon Store, and you don't have to book anything extra.
On the Free plan, your customers use the app in the Bookicorn design. Under Manager → Settings → App → Your customer app it then shows From Starter with the way to View plans.
Where the app's design comes from
Colors, logo, font and corner rounding come from your published booking page. There is no second design setting for the app.
The app only shows your design once your booking page is published. Until then it appears in the Bookicorn design. You see the preview under Manager → Settings → App → Your customer app at How your app looks. Adjust design takes you to the design of your booking page.
Link, QR code and poster for your customers
Under Manager → Settings → App → Your customer app (app.bookicorn.net/einstellungen/kunden-app), in the Link and QR code section, you find:
- Your link with Copy link and Share link,
- the QR code with Save QR code,
- Poster for printing: an A4 sheet with your name, the code and the link,
- Text for your customers with Copy text.
Anyone who scans the code or opens the link lands straight with your studio.
How many customers use the app
In the Usage section you see Customers with the app, Devices and when the app was last used. Counted are those who have set up the app and allowed notifications. Anyone who declined notifications is missing from this number.
Announcements and reminders to your customers
Regardless of your plan, under Manager → Settings → App you send Announcements as a notification with a push notification to all members. You set up the Session reminder under Manager → Settings → Bookings. More under The customer app.
Frequently asked questions
Does my app appear under my name in the App Store? No. Your customers download the Bookicorn app and see your studio in its own design in it.
Do I have to book the White-Label App separately? No. It is included in the plan from Starter and isn't in the Addon Store.
Why does the app still look like Bookicorn? Either you are on the Free plan, or your booking page hasn't been published yet.
Where do I change the app's colors and logo? In your booking page under Manager → Settings → My Booking Page. The app takes over the design from there.
What happens if I switch to Free? The app appears to your customers in the Bookicorn design again.
Why is my usage number at zero? Nobody has set up the app and allowed notifications yet. Share your link or QR code.
