White-Label App

Category: Marketing | Code: white_label_app

Your customers download the Bookicorn app and see your studio inside it: your logo, your colours and your font, right from the sign-in screen. You also get your own QR code and link that take people straight to you, and notifications go out under your sender name.

What you get

  • Your logo, colours and font in the app - taken from your booking page
  • Your own QR code and link - for posters, printing and sharing
  • Sign-in and registration in your studio design - your brand starts before the first login
  • Push notifications with your sender name
  • The full customer dashboard in the app - schedule, bookings, credits, profile

What it is not

So that nobody expects the wrong thing:

  • No separate app in the App Store. Your customers download the Bookicorn app, not an app under your name.
  • No store listing of your own with Apple or Google, no developer accounts, no store submission.
  • No setup fee. There is nothing to build and nothing to unlock, the design is there right away.

What you get is the appearance: anyone arriving through your QR code or your link sees the app in your brand throughout.

Availability

  • Included from Professional upwards. In Professional, Premium and Enterprise the feature is part of the plan, you do not add it separately. It is also unlocked during the trial.
  • Available in Free and Starter for 39 euros per month or 390 euros per year, cancellable monthly.

Setting it up

  1. Design and publish your booking page. Colours, logo and font come from there. As long as no page is published, the app appears in the Bookicorn design.
  2. Activate the addon in the addon store if you are on Free or Starter. From Professional it is already active.
  3. Pick up your QR code and link. In the manager under addon store, entry White-Label App, you find both plus a ready-made poster for printing.
  4. Set the sender name and welcome text. The sender sits above your customers notifications, the welcome text is the first sentence after scanning.

Changing the design

Colours, logo, font and corners are changed in one single place: your booking page. As soon as you publish there, the app follows. There is no second design setting that could drift apart.

Bringing your customers to the app

QR code and poster

The manager holds a ready-made A4 sheet for putting up: your name, the code and the link. Sharing it hands it straight to the printer. Good places for it:

  • Front desk and entrance
  • Changing room and waiting area
  • Flyers, business cards, course handouts

Sharing the link

The same link works in newsletters, messages or social media. A ready-made text for your customers sits next to it and copies with one tap.

Text for your customers

You can now book with us in the app: see dates, book, cancel, keep an eye on your credits. Here you go: [your link]

Welcome text

The welcome text is the first thing someone reads after scanning. Two sentences are plenty. It is required in your studio language, other languages are optional. Where a language is missing, your studio language version appears instead.

Notifications with your sender name

Push notifications to your customers carry the name you set as the sender. Leave the field empty and your studio name appears above them.

Notifications are sent as usual: booking confirmations and reminders run automatically, announcements to all members go out in the manager under settings, app.

Usage

The manager shows you two numbers: how many customers set up the app and on how many devices. Plus when it was last used.

Important: Counted are people who set up the app and allowed notifications. Anyone who declines notifications is missing from this number. It is a lower bound, not an installation count.

Frequently asked questions

Will my app appear under my name in the App Store? No. Your customers download the Bookicorn app. Your brand takes over as soon as they arrive through your QR code or link: logo, colours and font are yours throughout.

Do I have to set up or submit anything? No. There are no developer accounts, no builds and no store submission. Publishing your booking page is enough.

What does the setup cost? Nothing. There is no setup fee. From Professional the feature is part of your plan, in Free and Starter it costs 39 euros per month.

Where does the app get the font from? From your booking page. The preview in the manager only names the font, the customer app really loads it.

What happens if I cancel the addon? Your customers see the app in the Bookicorn design again. Bookings, credits and accounts stay untouched, nothing is lost.

Why does my usage number say zero? Because nobody has set up the app through your code yet, or because the people who did decline notifications. Share your QR code and the number fills up.
