Where can customers book?

Bookicorn offers several ways for your customers to book courses. You can use all channels simultaneously or focus on one. The bookings all end up in the same central overview.

#1 Studio subdomain (public, automatically included)

Each studio automatically gets its own public Marketplace page:

https://dein-studio-name.bookicorn.net

Customers can see here:

  • Your course overview and timetable
  • Trainer profiles
  • Ratings and reviews
  • Direct "Book now" button for each course

You can share this link, link it on social media or add it to your Google profile. This page is included in the standard feature set and available for all plans.

2. custom domain (premium add-on)

If you want to use your own domain (e.g. meinstudio.de or book.deinestudio.com), activate the Custom-Domain-Addon (29 EUR/month). Bookicorn will then set up the domain and your studio site will run completely under your own address - including the booking function.

Advantages over the standard subdomain:

  • Higher recognition of your brand
  • Better SEO rankings for your own domain
  • More professional appearance

3rd member dashboard (logged-in customers)

Every customer has a personal area under https://www.bookicorn.net/dashboard. There he can see

  • His upcoming courses
  • Their credit balance (credits) and subscription status
  • Past bookings and invoices
  • Possibility to cancel or rebook

Here the customer can also directly book new courses as soon as he is a member of a studio.

4. website widget (timetable embedding)

With the Website Integration Addon you can embed a timetable widget on your own website. The widget displays your course overview directly on your website.

Important: The actual booking process does not take place in the widget itself. When a customer clicks on a course, the booking page (either your studio subdomain or - if activated - your custom domain) opens in a new tab or modal. This keeps the booking process consistent and secure.

The widget is ideal for:

  • Show the current timetable on your own website
  • Build trust (customers see courses directly on your site)
  • Increase conversion (click → direct booking)

5. own mobile app (premium add-on)

With the own mobile app addon (15 EUR/month) you get your own mobile app in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store - with your logo, your colors and your studio name. Customers can:

  • Book classes directly
  • Receive push notifications
  • Buy credits
  • Access all functions on the go

6. manual booking by the studio (admin)

As a studio owner, you can also book customers manually via the admin area - practical for walk-ins, telephone registrations or when a customer is directly on site. Payment can be made on site (cash) or via the normal Bookicorn payment methods.

All bookings, regardless of which channel they come in via, are stored centrally in the booking overview in the admin area. So you always have an overview.
