Yes. With the Block courses add-on, you set up a dance course with, for example, eight dates as a closed series, and students book all dates as one package. Drop-in classes where each date is booked on its own work without an add-on. Both formats run side by side in Bookicorn.

Yes, in Bookicorn you create categories for styles like ballet, jazz, contemporary, ballroom, Latin or hip-hop and assign a level to each class. Students filter the schedule and only see the classes that fit them. You choose the names of your categories yourself.

With the Waitlist add-on, students join a waitlist as soon as a class is full. If someone cancels, the next person moves up automatically and is notified. You do not have to call anyone.

Bookicorn has a Free plan that stays free forever. The paid plans cost per month: Starter €17, Professional €39, Premium €89. Bookicorn takes 0% commission on your bookings, there is no minimum term, and every new account can try all features for 14 days.

Yes. You create class passes with, for example, 5, 10 or 20 credits, each with its own price and validity, and credits are deducted automatically at booking, oldest first. Monthly or yearly subscriptions with automatic credit top-ups come with the Credit Subscriptions add-on, paid through Stripe or PayPal.

Yes, Bookicorn lets clients pick their own appointment. You set your available hours, and couples or private students choose an open slot for their lesson. You define duration, buffer and time grid for each offer, for example 45 minutes with a 15-minute break.

Yes. Workshops, weekend intensives and events like a dance party are separate offers in Bookicorn, each with a capacity limit and its own price. They appear in the same calendar as your regular classes.

Students pay in Bookicorn by credit card, SEPA Direct Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna through Stripe, or with PayPal. They can also use credits from their class pass. You can additionally allow bank transfer or payment at the studio and confirm receipt yourself, differently for each offer.

Yes, students book and cancel in Bookicorn on their own, online or in the app. For each offer, you set a cancellation deadline, such as 24 hours before class, and a booking window that controls when registration opens. Bookicorn sends confirmations and reminders by email automatically.

Yes, in Bookicorn you can add students to any class manually, for example after a phone call or at the front desk. The entry shows up on the class roster like any online booking, and the spot is taken right away.
