With a price of 0, credits are credited directly without going through the Stripe checkout. The customer clicks Redeem, Bookicorn verifies eligibility, and the credits are instantly added to the account.

Yes. You can mark any number of credit packages as trial offers. For example, a free package with 1 credit and a discounted package with 3 credits. Each package has its own redemption limit.

How much does the trial offers addon cost?

The addon costs 5 euros per month or 49 euros per year. It is available in the addon store and can be activated or deactivated at any time. Existing trial packages remain when deactivated but can no longer be redeemed.

Can trial packages be combined with a voucher?

Yes. If you also have the voucher system addon activated, customers can use voucher codes for discounted trial packages as well. For free packages, additional discounting is not possible since the price is already 0.
