Trainer profiles
Create complete profiles with photo, bio, qualifications and specializations. Choose between employees and freelancers with different billing models. Each trainer automatically gets their own login with personalized credentials and welcome email. The profile is also displayed publicly on your booking page so customers can see who teaches the course.
Granular permissions
Three predefined roles (Basic, Full, Manager) cover the most common cases. For special requirements, configure everything individually: menu access, actions and data visibility. For example, determine whether a trainer can see participant email addresses or phone numbers. Or whether they can create and edit courses themselves. Changes take effect immediately.
Course assignment
Assign trainers directly to the right courses. Each trainer only sees their own courses in the calendar and dashboard, unless you grant extended rights. When courses change or new appointments are created, the assigned trainer is automatically notified. Everyone on the team knows exactly what is coming up.
Flexible compensation
Three compensation models: hourly rate (fixed amount per teaching hour), revenue share (percentage of course revenue) or fixed amount per session. For freelance trainers, there is additionally revenue share via Stripe and the option to manage their own invoice data. Compensation is set individually per trainer.
Automatic payout
Every Monday, the previous week earnings (Monday to Sunday) are automatically calculated and transferred via Stripe Connect. Set a minimum amount below which no payout occurs. Add manual adjustments like bonuses or deductions anytime. Every transaction is fully documented and visible to both sides.
Custom terminology
Whether trainer, instructor, lecturer, coach or therapist. Choose the term that fits your business, or enter a completely custom one (singular and plural separately). The entire system adapts automatically: menus, buttons, emails, notifications and even the public booking page will use your chosen term.
