What is the invoice note for?

The invoice note appears on invoices and receipts for a course. Typical examples: "Billed via health insurance", "Sponsored by Company XY" or "Prevention course". This gives the cost carrier all necessary information.

Can participants book both free and paid courses?

Yes. The system distinguishes automatically. A participant can book a free course and in the next moment book a regular course via credit or payment. Everything runs through the same account.
