Booking Cutoff Before Class
Set until when bookings are allowed before class starts. For example: no bookings within 2 hours of start. This gives you planning certainty and prevents last-minute bookings.
Booking Window
Define when courses become bookable. A course in 6 weeks can only be booked from 30 days before. This prevents premature bookings.
Automatic Credit Refund
When cancelled on time, used credits are automatically returned to the participant. No manual intervention, no support tickets.
