Beginner courses, workshops or seasonal programmes only work when the group stays together from start to finish. Individually bookable sessions do not fit that model: new faces keep showing up, skill levels drift apart, and you only know at the very end whether the course paid off.
With the block courses add-on you create blocks with a fixed start and end date in their own admin tab. You generate the sessions automatically from a recurrence pattern with weekdays, time and exclusion dates for public holidays, or you add each session manually. Every block gets its own price or credit cost, plus an optional maximum and minimum number of participants.
When a customer books the block, Bookicorn creates one booking for the whole package and automatically enrols them in every single session. They appear on every attendance list, can be checked in per session, and before the course starts you know exactly whether the block is viable.

Sessions from a recurrence pattern
Pick a start date, weekdays, time and the number of sessions, and Bookicorn generates every single session automatically. Public holidays or breaks are excluded as exception dates. For irregular courses you add the sessions manually instead.
Dedicated block price or credits
Every block has its own price in money or credits, independent of the course single-session price. Payment happens online via Stripe with card, SEPA or Apple Pay, with credits, with a voucher or as a manual booking entered by you. Package discounts are finally clean to model.
Minimum and maximum participants
Define how many participants the block holds at most and how many it needs to take place. The minimum acts as your cancellation threshold: you see before the start whether the block is viable and decide in time. Full blocks close bookings automatically.
Late entry with its own price
If you want, customers can still join after the first session. You enable late entry per block and optionally store a reduced entry price. That way you sell remaining spots even after the course has started, without fairness debates.
One booking, every attendance list
When a customer books the block, the system creates one booking for the package and adds them to every single session automatically. At check-in you tick them off per session and attendance stays cleanly documented. Cancellation also runs centrally through the package booking.
